The reason we request the full job scope for the helper is to share it with both the recruiter and the helper. We never force a helper to accept a job and aim to be as clear and transparent as possible about the family they will be working with and the expectations in place. This helps minimise the risk of transfers. Many helpers who come to us seeking transfers are often from other agencies, and one common reason for their transfer requests is that the actual job scope differs from what was initially presented. We work hard to avoid this situation and ask for employers' cooperation in being clear and transparent as well. After all, a happy helper leads to a happy home!
