*Our fees are all-inclusive, covering everything except for POEA/Philippines processing, SHN, COVID-19 testing, insurance, performance bond, and placement fees. Additionally, when insurance procurement is handled by us, the first one-on-one exchange is free of admin charge (except for lodging for current helper; insurance and placement fee for replacement helper. **We are committed to providing excellent after-sales service and support, regardless of whether the issue is big or small. I have ensured that my phone lines are always redirected to me when no one is in the office, and if I’m unavailable, the call will be forwarded to my staff. We understand that we are working with people, each with their own emotions, and challenges can arise at any time. This is why we are dedicated to both our clients and helpers. Unlike some agencies that may offer lower initial fees only to add hidden charges, such as administrative fees, our rates are transparent with no additional costs. Additionally, we've heard feedback from clients about other agencies that advertise "unlimited" replacements, only to find that replacements are never actually provided, as those agencies prioritise new sign-ups. We do not engage in such practices.
